About the Role (fully remote)Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help drive qualified applicants efficiently across our paid media channels. Prior experience in driving full-funnel conversions fully online is essential for this role.Youll support campaign setup tracking and optimization across Meta LinkedIn and Googlewhile also helping us test and scale emerging platforms like TikTok Reddit Quora and Taboola.Youll work closely with our colleagues in performance marketing creative and marketingautomation teams to improve performance across the full funnel from lead to enrollment.This is a hands-on data-driven role focused on results. You will take ownership of a select number of markets.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Campaign ExecutionLaunch monitor and optimize campaigns on Meta LinkedIn Google and YouTubeSupport AI-driven campaigns like Meta ASC and Google PMaxTrack CPL and performance by region audience funnel stage and creativeMaintain UTM consistency and campaign tracking across GA4 ad platforms and HubSpotLead Quality & Funnel ReportingTrack CPL CPA (App Start) CPA (Submit) and CPE (Enrollments)Monitor lead quality in HubSpot (NXU status lead lifecycle stage program of interest)Help maintain and improve weekly monthly and quarterly reporting dashboardsFlag underperforming campaigns and propose corrective actionsCreative & Asset TestingSupport creative briefs for video copy static and platform-specific formatsMonitor creative performance by asset message format and placementProvide structured testing recommendations across TOF MOF and BOFBonus: New Channel TestingAssist with exploratory campaigns on TikTok Reddit Quora Taboola and programmaticTrack CPL and lead quality from new sourcesHelp assess whether new channels should scale or pauseRequirements46 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across multiple marketsConfident using Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google AdsFamiliar with AI campaign types like ASC and PMaxStrong understanding of UTM tracking GA4 and CRM integration (HubSpot preferred)Skilled in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel pivot tables formulas charts)Comfortable reporting CPL and conversion metrics to multiple stakeholdersBonus: experience testing or scaling emerging platforms (TikTok Reddit Quora Taboola)Bonus: experience targeting audiences in Africa Asia or the Middle EastSuccess Looks LikeCampaigns deliver qualified leads at or below target CPLWeekly and monthly performance reports are accurate clear and actionableInsights from data lead to smarter creative testing and channel improvementsEmerging platforms are tested in a structured way and either scaled or cut based on resultRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Arabic Speaking,Access Control System,B2C,Account Management,Legal Operations,Broadcast Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
