The Good Stuff:Medical Dental Vision 401k with 4% company match In office schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm Pay: $23-$27/hr Job Duties: Requesting and processing permits for customer jobs from local agencies Communicating regularly with field staff regarding permit status Schedule inspections through the city and coordinate permit process between customers and agenciesAct as a backup for other administrative roles on the team All other duties as assigned to support the administrative needs of the business What you need: HS Diploma or GED Experience with contract licensing backflows rebates and jurisdictional knowledge Knowledge of municipalities and electrical permitting knowledge is a plus1 year of administrative or related experience High attention to detail and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly Excellent organizational skills If you think you would be a good fit apply now and a member of our recruiting team will be in touch!
