Job Description

We are looking for a Professional/Personal Assistant to support our growing this role you will support our CEO by completing personal and professional tasks to maintain organization and promote efficiency both at his personal home and in the company office. You will perform a variety of detail-oriented and complex administrative tasks and projects the success of which will be measured by your ability to follow through and work in tandem with the CEOs needs. You will be working for and with someone who is both fast-moving and goal-oriented and you will need to anticipate needs think critically and provide updates and recommendations as you execute tasks and complete projects. This role also requires high levels of professionalism EQ and confidentiality.The Company office and the CEOs home are in Mason OH and you will report to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a full-time position expected to be 40 hours per week with a flexible work schedule; additionally one weekend day (typically Saturday) of availability is needed averaging 2-3 hours.ResponsibilitiesTo support Interlinks CEO with personal errands/tasks including but not limited to:Grocery and personal/general shopping including completing research comparing options and returns as neededLaundry and dry cleaningHome maintenance tasks including basic cleaning (mostly maintenance in between bi-weekly deep cleans by a cleaning company) organizing and maintenance services as neededBanking and mail/shippingCoordinate schedules and appointments across multiple projects with contractors/cleaners/repair teamsCar maintenance (hand washing maintenance appointments)Personal driver for special events car supplied (concerts sporting events airport etc.)Light meal preparationOther errands as needed to help facilitate smooth household managementTo provide support to Interlinks business operations including:Data entry research and developing documents (using Microsoft products -- Word Excel etc.)Keep the office organized and clean (in between biweekly cleans by a cleaning company) occasional weeding and outside upkeepPackage shipping for office new hire mailings marketing materialsEvent planning for both personal and business activitiesCoordinating catering for office eventsOther duties as requiredRequirements1 year experience supporting a senior leader in a professional or personal capacity or 1 year experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyDetail-driven and focused with strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to follow through with tasks to completion including providing checkpoints and status updates throughout longer tasks and projectsProactively identify and resolve problems providing consistent communication throughout to all stakeholdersStrong written and verbal English communication skills to work across both professional and personal needsKnowledge of general project management frameworks is useful though not requiredAble to research information and quickly summarize outcomes and learningsFlexible and able to accommodate spontaneous routine/schedule changesIndependent while accepting of guidance and feedback as neededKnowledgeable in Office products especially Excel Word Outlook and SharePointAble to lift at least 20 lbs.Active drivers license with a clean driving recordOur BenefitsMedical Dental and Vision coverageFlexible schedules 15 days of vacation time annually 7 paid company holidays and paid birthday offVoluntary supplemental insurances (life disability and accident)401(k) with company contributionAwarded the Best Places to Work in Cincinnati by the Business Courier for five consecutive yearsAbout UsInterlink is a nationally recognized IT consulting company offering the flexibility of a small company while providing stability and benefits usually found at enterprise firms.
