The successful candidate will be performing all customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and customers.The opportunity has a generous hourly rate of up to $23/hr plus generous incentives and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position).Personal Banker responsibilities include:Manage customer bank accounts; open close and oversee transactionsResolve issues with banking services and accountsAnswer incoming calls from customers and resolve basic inquiries for deposit and basic loan questions.Perform account maintenance for customers who want to change their banking productsLearn and follow the banks operating proceduresProcess additional functions including detailed reporting as assigned by supervisorEscalate issues when necessary to supervisor in order to achieve successful customer serviceWho Are YouYoure someone who wants to influence your own development.
