Must take vehicle to shift in case client needs transportation- Must have integrity a caring attitude be highly compassionate and treat clients/staff with respect- Must be able to relate well with people particularly seniors- Must have reasonable hours of availability (minimum of 5 hours 4 days a week)- 1 year of field experience as a PCA CNA or Home Health Aide is preferred but we will train the right candidates- Must be able to pass State and Federal background check & drug screen- Must get a current TB and physical prior to beginning work with us (We are runninga hire bonus to help with costs)- Must obtain CPR & First aid certifications (We can help with this)- Must provide 2 personal and 2 professional references- Must be able to read write and speak English fluently- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Essential Functions:Delivering exceptional care to the client in their homeComplete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)Supply personal companionship remaining actively engaged with each client and their familiesAssist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene mobility assistance incontinence care light housekeeping feeding and meal preparationAdministrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the clients physical condition mental capability or behaviorWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local laws.
