Collaborative team environment with growth opportunities.Job DetailsWe are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a plaintiff-focused personal injury practice.What You’ll Do Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court. Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish.What We’re Looking ForRequired: Licensed to practice law in Virginia (or eligible for reciprocity). Fluency in Spanish and English. Minimum 6 months of experience as an Associate Attorney.Preferred: Background in plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense.
