Plantiff Personal Injury Law Firm hiring PI Attorney. This is a remote opportunity but the candidate must be local to Seattle and barred in Washington state.

Job Details

Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (licensed to practice law in Washington State)

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active license and good standing with the state bar

2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation (more for senior roles)

Proven experience handling cases from intake through resolution (settlement or trial)

Strong knowledge of personal injury law, civil procedure, and state court rules

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages

Ability to take and defend depositions

Trial experience preferred (first-chair or second-chair)

Experience negotiating settlements with insurance carriers

Strong case valuation and damages assessment skills

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong client relationship and counseling skills

Experience using case management software

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
