A bit about us:

This growing litigation practice focuses on representing sexual abuse survivors, catastrophic injury victims, and wrongful death matters. The role is ideal for a junior to mid-level attorney seeking hands-on experience in complex litigation and trial work, with significant responsibility and case ownership from day one.

Responsibilities include:

Managing cases from inception through resolution
Maintaining strong client relationships
Drafting motions and arguing in court
Taking and defending depositions
Assisting with and participating in trial work

The salary range for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience is $205,000 to $225,000 and including bonus potential, our associates received total compensation ranging between $250,000 and $500,000 in recent years.

Job Details

3-5 years of experience in civil litigation (clerking after bar admission will be considered)
Experience running their own cases
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional research and writing abilities
A robust work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, including the capacity to multi-task under pressure
The ability to quickly issue- spot, and develop theories of liability
Exceptional oral advocacy skills
A valid license to practice law in Washington, with experience practicing in New York, New Jersey or California being a valuable addition
