This is anon-siterole in our Atlanta GA office working closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases from discovery through trial.We are looking for someone who is organized proactive detail-driven and committed to delivering outstanding client service.Responsibilities:Manage PI litigation files from pre-suit through trial preparationDraft and file pleadings motions discovery requests and responsesCoordinate depositions mediations hearings and trial calendarsRequest review and summarize medical records and billsMaintain deadlines and attorney calendars using case management softwareCommunicate professionally with clients insurance adjusters experts medical providers and court staffAssist attorneys with trial prep exhibits and document productionMaintain organized digital and physical case filesQualifications:3 years of Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience requiredStrong knowledge of Georgia state court rules and filing proceduresProficient with legal software Microsoft Office and case management systemsExcellent writing drafting and proofreading skillsAbility to multitask in a high-volume environment and meet strict deadlinesStrong communication skills and professional client-facing demeanorBilingual in Spanish is a plus but not requiredAbout the firm:Washington Legal Group LLC is one of Georgias most innovative and fastest-growing law firms located in the heart of Atlanta and founded by former judge Attorney Quinton G.
