We also believe that while we are serving our clients, our work should be fun.If you are the experienced personal injury paralegal we are looking for, you’ll be self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, a team player, hardworking and efficient. You will have 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. You will be responsible for the smooth and effective management of your own case load, under the supervision of an attorney, and with the help of a legal assistant. You will have the opportunity to handle your own cases through all phases of the litigation process, including client communication, medical records review/management, drafting discovery, E-filing pleadings, all aspects of trial preparation, and finalizing the closure of the case.
