About the Role The personal injury law firm of Eaccidents, APC is seeking an experienced California-

licensed Litigator / Trial Attorney to join our growing team. We specialize in representing injury victims

and are looking for a skilled advocate with strong litigation and trial experience.

Compensation Competitive base salary + generous commission and bonus structure. Signing bonus is

available for the right candidate. Prior insurance defense experience is a plus; personal injury experience

is strongly preferred.

Key Requirements

Active California Bar membership

Significant experience in depositions, discovery disputes, law and motion practice, and MSJ

oppositions

Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently

Strong oral advocacy, legal writing, and research skills

Proficiency with Westlaw and LexisNexis

Ideal Candidate

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Excellent negotiator and courtroom advocate

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

Passionate about achieving outstanding results for clients

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis

Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery

Handle depositions, hearings, and court appearances

Negotiate settlements and litigate cases through trial when necessary

Manage and prioritize a busy caseload

Collaborate with the team on case strategy and client communication

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Admission to the California State Bar

Demonstrated litigation experience (personal injury preferred)

Strong command of California civil procedure and evidence rules

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
