The role includes full responsibility from filing to trial, including case strategy development, depositions, negotiations, motions, and trial preparation. You will work with a dedicated support team to maximize client outcomes.*Responsibilities include ** Develop case strategies and theories* Manage cases from complaint through trial, including trying cases* Propound and respond to discovery* Take and defend depositions* Draft Motions/Appear at Hearings* Conduct settlement negotiationsSalary will depend on experience.
