Job Description
At Hausmann Group we empower our associates to provide exceptional support to our clients and team members. As a Personal Lines Associate you will support our internal associates and manage workflows independently.Client Systems Management: Uses strong attention to details and organizational skills when updating and maintaining our client systems. Serves as a technical resource for the team by providing expertise on carrier systems underwriting guidelines and marketing procedures ensuring accurate and efficient processing of new business and renewal proposals.Communication: Effectively communicates with internal account teams and carrier partners to prioritize client needs & timelines. Obtain important documentation to support the client experience. Attends carrier meetings and webinars to stay up to date with carrier underwriting guidelines system and product updates.Organization: Navigate internal resources to support client renewals compliance and marketing initiatives. Works with account teams to set reasonable deadlines follows up and communicates status of requests and projects.RequirementsYou represent Hausmann and undoubtedly live by our core values. Meaning you are a kind and empathetic colleague that values a welcoming office environment for all and you promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the agency.Strong oral and written communication skills to compose concise and professional responses.Disciplined with time management and focusing on Agency Key Performance Indicators.Ability to work with large sets of data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.High school diploma required college degree preferred.One year of office experience in a business environment preferred.Obtain and maintain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance license within 90 days of hire.Physical Requirements:Able to work in a stationary position 90% of the time.Constantly able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery 90% of the time.Constantly able to observe details including letters numbers and colors at close range.Able to move or transport objects weighing up to 20lbs. Frequency and duration will varyWorking Conditions:Position will be based in Madison Wisconsin.Regularly work during our core business hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.
