Claiborne Senior Living LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Service Assistant ThePSA will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our senior residents in a skilled nursing environment at our Thibodaux Louisiana location. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Monitor and report any changes in residents physical mental or emotional status to the nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living such as meal preparation housekeeping and laundry. Participate in recreational activities with residents and assist with transportation to and from appointments or outings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents families and coworkers.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
