We utilize many training modalities and follow a unique training methodology that blends functional and traditional training so that our clients get the best of both worlds. We are a customer service/family oriented environment and cater to the Strength and Conditioning needs of each Individual. CFF offers one-on-one training and also group training of up to 3 people.About CFF:CFF is a highly recognized personal training facility located in Oakley, Cincinnati, Ohio and was established over 17 years ago. We are GROWING rapidly and are looking for someone with drive, passion, and who wants to be a part of a field that is changing lives!
