The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals.Responsibilities:Design and implement customized fitness programs for clientsAbility to lead semi-private training, 1:1 training and group classesProvide nutritional guidance and supportTrack client progress and adjust programs as necessaryMaintain a positive and motivating environmentQualifications:Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organizationMinimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instructionStrong knowledge of health and fitnessStrong sales and closing experience (for training services)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in leading group classesStrong local network of clients that you can bring to the businessAdditional certifications in nutrition, yoga, or other fitness specialtiesIf you are passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals and have experience training clients and/or leading classes, we would love to hear from you.
