Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a member of our hospitality team, the Fitness Trainer will provide exceptional fitness training services to guests and resort members. The fitness trainer will create personalized workout plans, lead group classes, and offer guidance on fitness, health, and wellness. You will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience by delivering engaging and safe fitness programs tailored to a diverse range of fitness levels.Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual guest needs and goals.Design and lead a variety of group fitness classes within realm of qualifications. Examples of classes could include: Yoga, Pilates, Water Aerobics, Group Cardio or Fitness.Provide fitness assessments, nutritional advice, and overall wellness consultations.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked fitness area at all times.Ensure guest safety by providing proper instruction on the use of fitness equipment.Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, techniques, and equipment.Assist with developing wellness and fitness programs for resort guests.Promote a healthy lifestyle and engage with guests to encourage ongoing participation in fitness activities.Track guest progress and provide feedback and support to help them reach their goals.Assist in creating fitness and wellness promotional material, workshops, and special programs.Certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.).CPR and First Aid certification.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.As a part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio, Grand National part-time associates enjoy a wide array of perks and discounts, including:Hotel, F&B, golf, and retail discounts throughout the company propertiesWorldwide travel discounts through MarriottTuition reimbursement to continue your education or professional developmentAnd much more!Join the PCH Hotels & Resorts team, where we believe in providing "hospitality with heart & soul"
