Interacts with new and existing members by providing specific individualized programs designed to meet his/her fitness needs and goals. Creates a welcoming environment for all members of all backgrounds and abilities. Rate of Pay$15 - $20/hourQualificationsFour year degree in Exercise Science or related field and/or certification from a nationally recognized accreditation agency.CPR/AED certifications.Previous experience with diverse populations preferred.YMCA/ACE Foundations of Strength & Conditioning within 60 days of hiring.
