Come be a part of our team!Location: 1635 Airport Rd Allentown PA 18109Duties:Produce professional high quality grooms safely and efficientlyCommunicate effectively withgrooming clientsMaintain cleanliness and safety in all parts of the grooming salonCooperate with your teamto achievegoals and create superb customer experiencesSchedule grooming appointments and answer calls & customer inquiries related to groomingRequirements:1 years of pet grooming experience in a professional grooming salon or completion of grooming schoolAbility to consistently groom small dogs such asShih-Tzusin 90 minutes (1.5 hrs) or less with safe and professional resultsAbility to consistently groom large dogs such as Golden Doodles in 150 minutes (2.5 hrs) or less with safe and professional resultsCooperative / works well with othersGood time management skillsMust be able to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours at a time)Excellent customer service attitudeBasic computer literacy for use of schedulingsystemsMust be able to lift 50 lbsMust be able to bend twist reach and perform other movements necessary for pet groomingMust be able to work at least two evening shifts 12pm-8pm and one weekend shift 10am-6pmPay & Benefits:Earn up to $70k per year - 50% Commission with a guaranteed base wage.Medical & dental benefits for full time employeesPaid time off & paid holidaysfor full time employees401k retirement plan with company matched contributionsfor full time employeesGenerous employee discounts*Sign on bonus details available during interview/offer stage of hiring process.
