The Role: 

We are seeking a licensed Florida pharmacist ready to:

• Lead state licensing & inspection readiness
• Oversee non-sterile 503A operations
• Establish SOPs and compliance systems
• Maintain regulatory standards (Florida + non-resident states)
• Work directly with founders on expansion strategy

This role requires someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a startup environment.

• Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
• Experience with compounding (strongly preferred)
• Familiar with 503A regulations
• Comfortable preparing for Board inspections
