Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced pharmacist to join our team. This role involves verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, managing inventory, and participating in non-sterile compounding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a supportive and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions
  • Provide patient counseling on medication use and safety
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support technicians
  • Participate in the preparation of non-sterile compounded medications
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and DEA regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and quality control records
  • Support training, process improvements, and team development
  • Collaborate with leadership on service and workflow enhancements


Qualifications

  • Active Florida pharmacist license
  • Willing to obtain Tennessee and Texas licenses within 90 days
  • 2+ years of pharmacy experience (compounding experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented setting

Expected hours: 40 per week; every other Saturday 9AM-1PM
