This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and supports technician career advancement through education and competency assessments.Training program development: Designs and maintains system-wide pharmacy technician training and onboarding programs and coordinates competency assessments. Leadership and collaboration: Supervises technician educators and partners with pharmacy leadership HR and academic institutions to support recruitment retention and career development initiatives.
