At Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, we’re redefining pharmacy care—one person, one community at a time. Through Genoa Healthcare, our Pharmacy Managers play a critical role in supporting individuals living with serious mental illness and complex health conditions.


As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll lead an on-site pharmacy embedded within a behavioral health setting—partnering closely with providers to ensure patients receive the right medications and support to follow their treatment plans.

You’ll do more than manage operations—you’ll build trust, mentor your team, and change lives.

🩺 What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily pharmacy operations with accountability for clinical, financial, and quality outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with patients and clinic partners
  • Coach, develop, and engage pharmacy staff
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource to the care team


✅ What You’ll Need

  • Active Kansas Pharmacist license (in good standing)
  • Pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred
  • Passion for patient-centered, community-based care

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
