We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead an established, high-performing independent community pharmacy in Tomah, WI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing
• Lead and support pharmacy staff (technicians and pharmacists)
• Maintain compliance with Wisconsin pharmacy regulations
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
• Support growth of clinical services (immunizations, adherence programs, etc.)

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license (or ability/willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient care
• Leadership or management experience preferred, but not required
• Effective communicator with patients and team members
• Open to pharmacists from diverse backgrounds and training experiences
