Whether you work directly with patients or behind the scenes in support of the business and its employees, you will use your expertise, experience, and skills to support our patients and our mission.Our Pharmacy Scheduler assists with auditing and maintaining the active patient fill schedule to ensure CSI does not miss any patients. This includes the monitoring of the nursing schedule in AlayaCare and the next fill date in CareTend.Schedule: 100% On-Site Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmLocation: Plano, TXHourly Pay Range: $24 - $27/hr (DOE)Our high value rewards package: Up to 21 paid holiday and personal days off in year one401k plan with matching contributionsIndustry-leading 360 You benefits programUp to 90% off higher education (degrees, certifications) and test preparation for you and your family through Purdue University Global Programs and KaplanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) offered through Lincoln Financial GroupNOTE: Certain benefits may vary based on your employment statusWhat youll do in this role:Audits and maintains active patient fill schedule using the following systems: AlayaCare, CareTend and Monday.comMonitors scheduling changes from nursing supervisors to realign patient fill shipmentsWorks with Pharmacy Scheduling team to adjust fill schedules based on weather and other external factorsOrganizes assigned workload to facilitate its accomplishmentConsistently represents the company in a professional mannerMaintain effective working relationship and cooperate with all personnel in the CompanyAdheres to the Companys compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policiesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedWe are looking for a Pharmacy Scheduler with:Successful completion of an approved/accredited Pharmacy Technician Training ProgramKnowledge of basic drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic techniqueAbility to provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication in order to build and maintain the maximum customer base possibleAbility to multi-task and frequently change directionThis description is intended to describe the essential job functions, the general supplemental functions, and the essential requirements for the performance of this job.
