Pharmacy Technician at Mountain View Pharmacy

Mountain View Pharmacy is growing and looking for a licensed Pharmacy Technician with non-sterile compounding experience to join our team. We are an independently owned pharmacy that serves our local community, and we value people who take pride in accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork.

This position focuses on preparing customized medications in our compounding department. You’ll work closely with the pharmacist to ensure each formulation is prepared safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing non-sterile compounds such as creams, ointments, and capsules
• Measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to formula specifications
• Keeping the compounding workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Labeling and packaging prescriptions correctly
• Assisting with inventory and supply management
• Following all safety, documentation, and quality control procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Active Utah Pharmacy Technician license
• 1–2 years of hands-on compounding experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication and time management skills
• A dependable, self-motivated team player who takes ownership of their role

This is a full-time, on-site position offering up to 40 hours per week. Competitive pay is based on experience.
