The Pharmacy Technician performs a variety of tasks related to prescription processing, inventory management, and customer service under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role supports drug distribution, including the preparation, packaging, and labeling of medications, as well as maintaining pharmacy records and assisting with drug inventory control. Please Note: This position's classification and salary range are currently under review. This is a per diem position, and the anticipated classification is 9278 PHARMACY TCHN 2 PD with a flat rate of $30.34/hour (Step 11).Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
