Walmart is hiring for Pharmacy Training Coordinators in Litchfield Park AZWe are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Training Coordinator to join our team at our new Central Fill facility in Litchfield Park this role you will focus on delivering training and helping to build a knowledgeable and engaged team in the Pharmacy and Health and Wellness sector. Your efforts will contribute to better patient care and improved efficiency within the organization.Minimum Qualifications:Holds an active/valid national certification certificate issued by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) Must obtain a national certification within the first 12 months of employment if not currently certified.1 year experience in a pharmacy environment (Central fill specialty retail mail order) OR 1 years experience training other associates/employees.Preferred Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in coaching and training in a call center environmentExperience facilitating/training in a group settingStrong organization and communication skills.Proficiency in utilizing training software and tools.Work Schedule:1st shift: candidates must be available to work between the hours of 6am to 4pm.Full-Time Associates: Work 4 days a week with 10-hour shifts. Must be available throughout the week. The schedule will be determined based on production needs.The job duties include:Provides support for associate training in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness areas by coordinating and facilitating certification courses (for example Pharmacy Technician University); coordinating Computer Based Learning courses for associates; and preparing reviewing analyzing and monitoring reports logs and forms (for example training participation process reports compliance adherence and standard operating procedure documentation).Trains associates in pharmacy and health and Wellness areas by providing instruction on the proper preparation operation and troubleshooting of machinery; distributing training materials; providing feedback and responding to questions on equipment operation; and following up with associates to ensure completion of training.Develops training programs and materials in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness areas by conducting training needs analysis; identifying and developing training content and materials; adapting existing training content and materials; and evaluating training effectiveness.Develops communicates and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers co-workers customers and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.Demonstrates promotes and supports compliance with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining guiding and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources information and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice feedback and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.Primary location: 6600 N Sarival Avenue Litchfield Park Arizona 85340 USRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills IT Experience,LTC Pharmacy,Hospital Experience,Pharmacy Software,Infusion Experience,Management Experience,Pharmacy Residency,Training & Development,Pharmacy Technician Experience,Supervising Experience,Clinical Pharmacy Experience,Compounding Medications Experience: years Vacancy: 1
