Funds Processing & Account Opening Specialist at Susquehanna International Group, LLP

OverviewSusquehanna is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Funds Processing & Account Opening Specialist to join our Treasury Administration team. This role is primarily administrative and critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day cash movement account management and operational support for trading activities. You will work closely with clearing firms banks and internal teams to open and maintain trading accounts process funds transfers and support overall treasury operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementCoordinate with clearing firms and banks to open maintain and close accounts for various entities.Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all account openings and maintenance activities.Partner with Legal and external institutions to facilitate account setup and regulatory adherence.Funds ProcessingPrepare approve and process domestic and international wires for monetary transfers among affiliates and third parties.Perform daily reconciliations of cash accounts and confirm wire transactions.Operational SupportFund bank accounts for general business needs and trading requirements.Monitor and reconcile bank activity against internal systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.Validate GL codes for transactions and inter-company payments ensuring proper documentation.Compliance & ControlsEnsure adherence to internal treasury policies operational procedures and regulatory requirements.Participate in audits internal control reviews and assist with system enhancements.Process ImprovementContribute to automation initiatives and process improvement projects.Collaborate with technology teams to enhance workflows dashboards and exception monitoring tools.What were looking forStrong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving mindset.Experience with MS Excel required (VBA a plus).Prior experience in treasury operations account opening or middle/back office functions at a financial institution preferred.Bachelors degree preferred.Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.About SusquehannaIf youre a recruiting agency and want to partner with us please reach out to Any resume or referral submitted in the absence of a signed agreement will not be eligible for an agency fee.#LI-CB1Required Experience:IC Key Skills Freelance Writing,Lab,DCS,Investment,Administration Support,Import & Export Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
