This position will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of activities of Patient Service Centers within an assigned area. The PSC Coordinator will work closely with the PSC staff management as well as the laboratory staff and clients to ensure optimal operation of the Patient Service Center. The position will also perform phlebotomy and specimen processing procedures at LabCorp Patient Service Centers under minimal supervision.**Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hourAll job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicable degrees/certifications as well as internal equity and market dataPSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metricsWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and rotating Saturdays 7:00am-11:00amWork Location: Toms River NJBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
