The ideal candidate is passionate about science education, understands how to connect physical science concepts to real-world applications, and is eager to integrate technology to enhance student learning and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, standards-aligned Physical Science instruction to high school students.Use a variety of teaching strategies and digital tools to promote inquiry, problem-solving, and critical thinking.Create and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that supports academic and personal growth.Analyze student data to inform instruction and support differentiated learning.Collaborate with team members on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support a positive school culture.Additional Expectations:All staff are expected to sponsor one club or Enrichment during school hours when scheduled.
