Physical Therapist (1:1 Care Model - Brookline) at Post Physical Therapy
JOB DESCRIPTION
Join POST Physical Therapy and Raise the Standard of Care
POST Physical Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who is ready to do more than treat a caseload. We’re looking for a clinician who wants to elevate patient care, contribute to a high-performing team, and help shape the next phase of POST’s growth.
At POST, every session matters. Our 40-minute, one-on-one treatment model gives you the time, autonomy, and clinical bandwidth to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care that creates meaningful outcomes. We believe physical therapy should be personal, precise, and transformational.
If you’re an experienced outpatient orthopedic clinician (2+ years of experience) who values clinical excellence, professional autonomy, collaboration, and continued growth, POST offers the environment to do your best work.
About This Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic practice in Brookline, MA.
You’ll treat a diverse caseload, deliver individualized care, collaborate with a motivated clinical team, and contribute to a culture built around ownership, curiosity, patient-centered care, and raising the bar.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in outpatient orthopedics and ready to continue growing as a specialist, mentor, team leader, educator, or future clinic partner.
Why Choose POST?
Clinical Autonomy With True One-on-One Care
Our 40-minute treatment model gives you the space to evaluate thoroughly, treat intentionally, educate patients, and progress care with purpose. You’ll have the time to practice at a high level and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.
A Career Path, Not Just a Job
POST is built for clinicians who want to keep growing. Whether your goals include advanced clinical specialization, mentorship, leadership, clinical education, business development, or eventual partnership opportunities, we want to help you move toward the next stage of your career.
Strong Mentorship and Professional Development
We invest in clinician growth at every level. Experience doesn't mean mentorship stops, you will receive weekly advanced mentorship with our senior team. You will also have access to continuing education support, collaborative case discussion, and opportunities to teach, mentor, lead internal initiatives, and shape clinical programming.
Sustainable Expectations
We believe great clinicians need balance to deliver great care. Our scheduling, productivity expectations, documentation systems, and team workflows are designed to support long-term clinical excellence — not burnout.
Modern Tools That Support Better Care
POST uses an up-to-date EMR and AI-supported documentation tools to help reduce documentation time, improve workflow, and give clinicians more time and energy to focus on patient care and Work <> Life balance
A Collaborative, High-Standards Culture
POST is a team of clinicians and support staff who care deeply about getting better together. We value ownership, communication, innovation, clinical excellence, and shared wins. Every teammate contributes to the outcome.

Why POST?
At POST, we’re building a physical therapy practice where clinicians can do meaningful work, patients receive exceptional care, and team members grow into the next version of themselves.
We are not interested in high-volume, low-touch care. We are building a clinic where clinical reasoning matters, relationships matter, outcomes matter, and clinicians are supported in practicing at the top of their license.
If you’ve ever felt capable of more than your current role allows, POST offers the mentorship, autonomy, support, and culture to help you elevate your career and make a greater impact.
