Why This Role Stands Out

Most outpatient PTs are tired of the same problems:

Chaotic scheduling

Take-home documentation

Unclear expectations

Burnout over time

Feeling like just another name on the schedule

We are trying to build something better.

At FYZICAL Bryan, our clinic is designed around:

Structured scheduling

Efficient documentation

Clear expectations

Strong patient care

Organized clinic flow

Clinical growth opportunities

A supportive team environment

This is still outpatient physical therapy. The work matters, and the schedule is productive. But the goal is to create a clinic where clinicians can do good work without feeling buried by chaos.

Compensation

Base salary is $85,000–$92,500, depending on experience, clinical fit, and schedule.

In addition to base salary, clinicians may be eligible for approved extra-hour pay and monthly performance bonuses.

Monthly bonus opportunities include:

$350 monthly bonus

$750 monthly bonus

$1,500 monthly bonus

Bonus eligibility is based on clear, measurable performance targets that are reviewed during the interview and offer process.

Motivated clinicians can realistically earn $100,000–$120,000+ through base salary, approved extra-hour opportunities, monthly performance bonuses, and optional Saturday availability when needed and approved.

Patient Care & Schedule

Our clinic treats a mix of:

Orthopedic patients

Post-operative rehab patients

Balance and fall-prevention patients

Vestibular patients

General musculoskeletal cases

Patients working to return to normal daily function

We offer 4-day and 5-day scheduling options depending on clinic need, candidate fit, and agreed structure.

The clinic is designed to have predictable patient flow and clear expectations. Clinicians have real input into workflow, scheduling, and how we continue improving the patient experience.

Documentation

We use Prompt EMR with workflows designed to help clinicians complete documentation efficiently during the workday.

Our goal is for documentation to be completed during clinic hours once the clinician is trained on the system, templates, and clinic flow.

If you are tired of finishing patient care and then spending your evenings buried in notes, this may be a better fit.
