We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate Physical Therapists to join our expanding team. What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Deliver skilled therapy (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, ortho rehab & more)

• Monitor progress and adjust treatments for best outcomes

• Educate patients & caregivers for long-term success

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain timely, compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Florida PT License

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a home health setting

• Clean background check
