Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Currently looking for FULL TIME & PART TIME Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions with manual therapy techniques.
- Manage discharge plan
- Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams regarding treatment plans.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practice.
- Experience with discharge planning, care plans, and managing diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and those requiring home & community care.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation and patient record management.
- Background in various clinical settings such as acute care, hospital experience, home health, outpatient clinics, and specialized areas like orthopedics and geriatrics.
- Skilled in therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy modalities.
