Pay: From $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment programs. The role involves direct patient care, documentation, manual therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Standard outpatient clinic hours
• Work Location: In-Person (Orange Park, FL)

Responsibilities

• Collect patient assessment data as part of evaluation under PT supervision
• Administer treatment interventions such as:
• Manual Therapy
• Therapeutic Exercise
• Functional Movement Training
• Document progress accurately in patient records
• Provide and reinforce Home Exercise Programs (HEP) for continued progress
• Supervise Physical Therapy Aides as needed to maintain treatment quality
• Assist PT in measuring and evaluating patient progress

Requirements

• Active Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License – Required
• Minimum 6 months experience in an Outpatient Physical Therapy setting
