Are you a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA seeking new opportunities within a Home Health setting? We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA to work full time with the adult and geriatric population within Salem, OR and surrounding areas.

What we Offer for the Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA :

• Competitive Pay : $35/ hr - $38/hr and goes up depending on experience
• Monthly Bonus equals to $3.00 extra an hour
• Sign on Bonuses: $5k

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Service Area: Salem, OR and surrounding area

What the Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA will be doing:

• Provide services to the adult and geriatric population
• Utilize OASIS, point of care documentation
• Work under the supervision of Licensed PT’s and help supervise CAN’s
• Perform therapy and functional exercises within the comfort of patient’s homes

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA :

• Must PTA Licensure
• 1 year of home health experience preferred at any compacity
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
• CPR Certification
• Must be a graduate of an Accredited PTA program
