Our organization believes physical therapy is a cost saver to the medical system by avoiding needless X-Rays and MRIs eliminating injections and medications that only cover up the problem and providing outcomes that ultimately prevent surgeries. Enjoy Steady hours no weekend or holiday rotations with manageable caseloads in a one on one patient care model. Patients are typically scheduled 1:1 for 45 minutes. Within this role you will provide one-on-one care. Caseload/Patient Population: The caseload is general orthopedics and has a focus on adult to older adult patients who want to avoid surgery medications injections to relieve pain and improve their lives. The Physical Achievement Center helps patients by getting to the root cause of their problem so they can do more of what they love. Primary areas of focus include non-surgical spine shoulder lower extremity pain and neuropathy reversal. PTAs at Physical Achievement Center utilize manual therapy corrective exercise and functional training. (We train PTAs to be exceptional manual therapists even if that isnt your strong skill set right now!)Schedule / Hours: The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 6:30pm. Friday hours are 7am to 5pm.The actual work schedule and hours for this position will be mutually determined based on candidate availability and patient needs. No weekends or holidays required. Enjoy an excellent work/life balance! Compensation & Benefits: The full-time salary for this position is in the range of $52000-$60320 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements: Eligible or currently licensed in Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. One year of experience is preferred. New Grad PTAs will be considered. Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with 30 hours and 5 weekdays of availability will also be considered. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
