Hourly: $30-36/hr based on experienceProSport Physical Therapy & Performance a member of Therapy Partners Group has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics servingOrange Countyand surrounding communities since 1992.We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.Treatment Planning:Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques including manual therapy exercise prescriptions modalities and patient education.Documentation: While using Raintree Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions reporting changes to the physical therapist.Patient Education:Educate patients and families on exercises pain management techniques and care plansProfessional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.Qualifications:Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to providing exceptional patient careBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health dental and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.CEU Reimbursement opportunities.401(k) with company match.Opportunities for advancement.
