Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Follow all safety and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program
  • Active and unencumbered PTA license in the State of Oklahoma
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Outpatient experience preferred but not required

Skills:

  • Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices
  • Patient education and support
  • Electronic health records and clinical documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Adaptability and decision-making under supervision
