We are opening a new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Frisco focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our goal is to build a clinic known for excellent outcomes, a positive team culture, and exceptional patient experience.

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who is energetic, motivated, and excited about helping build and grow a thriving clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a voice, grow professionally, and make a real impact in a developing practice.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate has experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, enjoys working closely with patients, and thrives in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and wants to grow with a new clinic from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Help contribute to a positive clinic culture and excellent patient experience

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
  • Orthopedic rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Passion for helping patients achieve functional recovery
