Physical Therapist PT Home Health Location: Grants Pass OR Type: Direct Hire Salary: $105K-$115K/Yr We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for our Home Health division to provide high-quality patient-centered care in the home setting. This role is essential in fostering a positive rehabilitative environment for patients recovering from illness injury or surgeries. As a Physical Therapist in home health you will evaluate each patients physical condition develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy interventions aimed at maximizing each patients independence and quality of life. You will engage closely with patients families and caregivers to educate them about their conditions and the necessary steps for recovery. This position demands effective communication skills clinical expertise and a compassionate approach as you work with individuals of varying needs and backgrounds. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of physical therapy practices and demonstrate the ability to adapt therapies to suit the home environment.
