SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!Perks & Benefits for the PT (Physical Therapist ):- $48/hour DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign-on and referral bonuses available)- Opportunity to opt into a 401K program- Shift: 4-8 hours a week - ongoing - 1 day a week (flexible timing)- Health and Dental benefits offeredRequirementsRequirements of the PT (Physical Therapist ):- OH License and CPR/BLSResponsibilities of the PT (Physical Therapist):-Evaluates claimants/clients by administering tests & measurements (e.g. range of motion gait & functional analysis neurological) to determine individual rehabilitation program needs provides or oversees on-going assessment of claimants/clients rehabilitation prepares transmits & maintains measurement & assessment records & reports tests assessments & measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested.-Participates in writing & presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans to include formulating goals & planning appropriate physical therapy treatment plans periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress & revises plan as necessary.-Participates in on-going continuing education & in-service training in research projects & program development & in training of pre-clinical & clinical physical therapy students & physical therapy assistant students & licensed physical therapy assistants & therapy aides.Required Skills:Physical Therapist Key Skills EMR Systems,Early Intervention,Acute Care,Communication skills,HIPAA,Physiology Knowledge,Workers' Compensation Law,Computer Literacy,Pediatrics Experience,Home Care,Patient Service Experience,Medicare Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
