JOB DESCRIPTION

A Place Where Physical Therapy Still Feels Like Physical Therapy

There is a version of physical therapy you pictured early in your career.

  • A day when you are not rushing.
  • A schedule that moves at a steady pace.
  • Patients who know you, trust you, and improve because you had the time to think,

adjust, and care deeply.

That version still exists at Miccass Physical Therapy, where it is not imagination. It is

the day-to-day reality.

This is an outpatient orthopedic clinic where one-on-one care is the standard, not

the exception.

Where your schedule allows you to move through the day with focus instead of stress.

Where your clinical judgment matters, your relationships with patients deepen, and

your work feels meaningful again.

If you have been craving a setting where quality comes before speed and clinicians are

treated like professionals, this is that environment.

What Your Days Actually Look Like Here:

Your day starts calm and focused.

You greet a patient you know well, not someone you are meeting under pressure for the

first time.

You evaluate, treat, and progress care one-on-one, with the space to think critically and

adjust plans based on real movement and real feedback.

You collaborate with teammates who respect your perspective. You move through

a steady caseload designed for connection, not chaos.

This is outpatient orthopedics built for sustainability.

Why This Clinic Exists and Why This Role Is Open

Miccass Physical Therapy is a growing outpatient orthopedic practice built

on individualized care, strong clinical standards, and long-term patient outcomes.

This role exists because the clinic is growing, not because someone burned out or

left under pressure.

The clinic values collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and a patient-centered

environment where doing things well matters more than doing them fast.

Clinicians who join here tend to stay because the environment supports both great care

and a long-term career.

What You Will Be Doing Every Day

Your day begins with focus, not urgency.

You welcome your first patient and move through a one-on-one evaluation, taking the

time to listen, assess movement, and understand what is truly driving their symptoms.

With 30-minute appointments, you are able to think through progression, adjust

treatment in real time, and guide care with intention instead of rushing.

As the day unfolds, you continue treating patients in a consistent one-on-one

model, building trust and momentum visit by visit. You collaborate naturally with

a supportive clinical team, sharing insights, problem-solving together, and refining

care plans when needed.

Throughout the day, you provide exercise supervision and clinical guidance as

appropriate, ensuring patients are moving safely, confidently, and with purpose.

By the end of the day, your work feels complete. Your care was thoughtful. Your

standards were protected.

Every part of the role is designed to support quality, consistency, and clinical

integrity.
