Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient | Northern California

NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy group across Northern California to hire full-time Physical Therapists (PTs). POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
• Location: Yuba City and multiple other clinics in Northern California
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-op, sports, general outpatient

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment focused on functional outcomes
• Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and support staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license-eligible in California
• DPT or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates encouraged
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality care
