With a multidisciplinary team led by a Board Certified Medical Doctor, ORC includes physical therapists, therapy assistants, licensed nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals. The center is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals, specializing in Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Physical Therapist position located in Jacksonville, FL. The Physical Therapist will assess, design, and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, improve functionality, and enhance the quality of life. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, educating patients and families about therapy plans, and documenting progress accurately to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Active physical therapy license in the state of Florida
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Basic knowledge of documentation and medical records
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
