Burger Rehabilitation Systems Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. We current seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an Outpatient Clinical Director position.This can be a single facility Director role or dual clinics between Woodland and Davis.This is a full-time and fully benefitted position with an inclusive staff waiting for you!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Ensures appropriate staff & patient scheduling for efficient operation of facility.Monitors clinical standards and makes program/staffing recommendations.Assures efficiency of Clinical staff per company standards and reviews existing programs.Is available for on-call service and performs as a staff therapist according to their discipline as assigned or as needed as well as performing other tasks as assigned.Ensures clinic orientation of all new staff. Ensures training of other staff as identified.Conducts chart audits/staff observations to ensure compliance w/standards of car.Facilitates the development implementation and monitoring of new programs and systems to promote efficiency and growth for the Company.Responsible for compliance of fed/state regulations regarding to the clinic.Burger Rehabilitation Systems Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. Must be a state licensed therapist. Substantial outpatient clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
