You will modify treatment plan as needed andutilizes appropriate treatment techniques.Physical therapists will also be responsible forparticipating in teaching opportunities or clinical education of studentsas well asinter-disciplinary program planning. Most importantly you must establish and maintain a safe environment conducive to effective team functioningpositive patient outcomesandpersonal safety.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsBachelor of Science Degreefrom an accredited program is requiredMust have a validIndiana Physical Therapy licenseortemporary permitExperienced and new graduatePhysical TherapisteligibleMust beknowledgeableinanatomy/physiologyevaluationandtherapy theoretical concepts and techniques current materials and technological advances and new professional trends.You willeffectivelyprovidequality serviceto impaired individuals and communicate effectively with staff peers patients families physicians and all internal/external customers.Anabilityto incorporate a basic understanding of the behaviors developmental needs physical needs emotional needs and comfort of the child adolescent adult and geriatric patient will help.Also youmust be abletolift/transfer patientsandtreatment supply itemswithout restriction.
