ProResults Physical Therapy is hiring Full-Time Physical Therapists across multiple San Diego locations.

Salary:

$90,000 – $100,000 per year

4-Day Work Week Option:

Many of our therapists choose to work four 10-hour shifts per week, giving them a consistent 3-day weekend every week.

Structured Onboarding & Ramp-Up

Starting a new job shouldn’t feel overwhelming. At ProResults Physical Therapy, we make sure every therapist is set up for success from day one.

Our onboarding process includes:

• Modified ramp-up schedule to gradually build your caseload

• Direct EMR training and onboarding

• One-on-one mentorship with your Clinic Director

• Additional guidance from our Director of Rehabilitation

• Collaborative clinical support from experienced therapists

What You'll Treat

Our clinics primarily focus on outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including:

• Post-surgical rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Active California Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes
