This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist at Salinas Valley Post Acute located in Salinas, CA. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and administer personalized therapeutic treatments for patients to achieve optimal functional recovery and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, performing rehabilitative exercises, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Strong knowledge and skills in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
• Experience with Patient Care and Home Care practices
• Ability to develop customized treatment plans and evaluate patient progress effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
• Experience in a rehabilitative or skilled nursing environment is preferred
